Our Discord community is the best place for support. It’s active, searchable, and full of helpful content. We offer support via Discord 7 days a week.
Email support
We offer support via email 7 days a week. We’re closed on a few holidays, but we’ll get back to you the next business day. Our Customer Success team consists of friendly humans working across the US.
Be sure to email us from the email tied to your ProjectionLab account. For your security, we can only share specific details with the account holder.
Why no phone support?
We don’t offer phone support because we can better answer your questions and solve problems by investigating your account and our system before replying. We believe it’s our job to thoroughly address your concerns and keep an accurate record of our conversations. Email allows us to do just that! Besides, do you really want to be stuck on hold?
