Linking External Accounts, Plugins & Integrations
Currently, ProjectionLab doesn’t support linking financial accounts directly.
Why can’t I link external accounts?
This item is on our public roadmap, but as you’ll see from the discussion, it’s up for debate within the ProjectionLab community.
As a small bootstrapped team, we wanted to focus first-and-foremost on bringing you an intuitive long-term planning and projection tool where you can build plans for your whole life, rather than focusing on the daily stock price fluctuations.
ProjectionLab encourages you to play the long game and plan for your future methodically, with periodic updates to see how your actual progress compares to your projections, and plugins to help pull in data from other tools in your personal finance suite.
We do intend to explore adding optional account linking in the future. Feel free to jump into the discussion on the roadmap!
Available Plugins & Integrations
Plugins are now available on ProjectionLab!
You can do things like sync your real-time budgeting data from Lunch Money, sync account balances from YNAB, import data from Monarch Money, or develop your own custom automations for ProjectionLab.

Want to enable plugins? Go to your Avatar/Profile Picture at the top right > Settings > toggle Enable Plugins on. Before a plugin can take any actions on your behalf, you need to provide your current Plugin API Key, which you can view, copy, or regenerate at any time.

In the Discord community, you can also use the Plugins tag in the #discussion channel to filter for new or experimental plugins developed by the community.
