How to Navigate the Dashboard
Your Dashboard is designed to give you a quick, high-level overview of your finances – your net worth, your accounts, and the plans you’ve built for the future.
Net Worth Graph
At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll see your Net Worth graph. You can view it over different time periods using the buttons below the chart – i.e. 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, or all time.
Click the dropdown arrow next to “Net Worth” to switch the graph to show Assets or Liabilities instead. Your choice will stick the next time you visit.
Assets and Liabilities
To the right of the graph, you’ll see two panels:
- Assets – your total asset value, broken down by individual account, i.e. your house, 401(k), emergency fund, car, or however you’ve named your accounts.
- Liabilities – your total liabilities, broken down the same way, i.e. a house loan or car loan.
If you hover over either panel, an X will appear. Clicking it collapses that panel, giving the Net Worth graph more space to display.
Plans for the Future
Below your net worth overview, you’ll find Plans for the Future – a card for each plan you’ve built, showing a preview of its projection over time. Click any card to jump into that plan.
Each plan card also has a three-dot menu in the top right corner, where you can:
- Clone plan – duplicate the plan to test a new scenario.
- Change plan icon – pick a different icon to help tell plans apart at a glance.
- Rename plan
- Add Notes – jot down context or reminders about the plan.
- Rearrange Plans – change the order plans appear in on the Dashboard.
- Move Backward – shift a plan’s position.
- Delete Plan
Caution
If you choose to Delete Plan, your plan will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
Changing the Plan Chart View
In the top right of the Plans for the Future section, click Full Plan to choose how each plan’s chart is displayed:
- Next 5, 10, 20, 30, or 40 Years
- Accumulation Phase
- Drawdown Phase
- Full Plan (the default, showing your entire projection)
This lets you zoom in on the part of your plan you’re most interested in, without changing the underlying plan itself.
