We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist

ProjectionLab helps thousands of people explore life’s biggest financial decisions and plan their future with confidence.

We’re a small, fully remote, bootstrapped team that cares deeply about the product and the people who use it. We’re looking for a part-time Customer Success Specialist to help us continue providing thoughtful, human support to our growing community.

About the Role

Role: Customer Success Specialist
Type: Part-time, remote
Commitment: Flexible, ~10–20 hours per week, with long-term potential and room to grow. Weekend availability is preferred.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play a key role in making sure ProjectionLab customers are successful and confident in their financial journey. You’ll engage with our community, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide support through email, Discord, and Reddit.

Customer support will be the focus of this role, but we’re also looking for someone to help create self-service support content, especially videos for YouTube and our Help Center.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Communicate clearly and concisely, with strong attention to detail
• Enjoy solving problems and helping people
• Take initiative and work well independently
• Know ProjectionLab inside and out, or are eager to learn
• Can make complex topics easier to understand
• Have experience with, or a strong interest in, creating clear and helpful video content

You’ll get to work directly with customers, shape their experience, and help improve a product that has a real impact on people’s lives.
